This is How it's Works:

You will sign our 12 months agreement form where we have our terms and condition
You will tell us the price you want to sell the apartment per day
We will agree on the price base on market price and the standard of your apartment
We will agree on discount if there is any
We will both agree on when you want to get paid; within 48 hours of booking, weekly, or monthly.
You will look for housekeeper for your apartment that will be available 24/7 for clients

NOTE: Once we take over your apartment, Even before you book your own apartment you must let us know

How Much Does This Service Cost?

We are not charging you to list your property on our platform or other platform. We will be charging you only to do verification for your property. And the cost depends on the location of the properties and the numbers of property.
Two of our team (Marketing Manager and Booking Manager) will first come to the apartment to inspect if it’s meet the standard we are looking for before inviting agents for opening.
We will start inviting agents for opening and market the opening date at least a week before the date.
You will arrange for small chops and drinks for the numbers of people that will be coming. Let’s say between 40-60 guests within 2-4 hours

And…….

One Time Payment of #300,000 for one property located in Lagos

This covers the expenses of our teams coming to your location and doing the marketing for the opening and also brainstorming on how your property will sell.

After this, you are not paying any money again. We make money only when you make money. If you decided to give your property to us for 200k for example, we can give it to agents for 210k while the agents sell and put their own price. Our joy is to make sure
